Based off of previous experience in dealing with marketing agencies, what's the #1 thing you wish a marketing agency could do for you?
Provide actual prospect lists at prices low enough to make a reasonable ROI on the cost. Really small businesses don't have the capital to do effective branding. Most of us are looking for ongoing business relationships. Far too often we buy marketing services only to find that the only people making money from the efforts of our marketing agencies are the marketing agencies. Many of them expect little to no repeat business because they know their techniques don't work.
