i would go through wordpress plug ins.. dont know if you use the "all in one seo pack" (just google it) which is pretty good.... also try and google "top 20 wp plug ins" and similar stuff... youll find stuff that can help you get more traffic! I agree. Your category names aren't well at all. You should make it so visitors know right away what that category is talking about. The pop-up stinks. The header needs a logo if you want to establish a sense of authority. Makes your site more professional. I added a logo to my site, replacing the text. Check to see how different a looks with a logo. Other than that there is too much text and no images. Makes me want to go away. Layout seems clean and colors mix well. Good luck! Nice and simple. Now you need to add more content and get rid of those pop up ads they totally suck and are going to scare your readers away !
Definitely get rid of that popup. It is not relevant to your content and will scare everyone away. I personally hit the back button as soon as I see something like that.
