The question is a retorical question.. The article Linked to in the OP (that i wonder if anyone is even looking at) is dealing with stereotypes.. I personally found it funny and that is the light i believe it was written in.. Realistically anyone who believes intelligence can be defined by gender is either very stupid or comes from some kind of backward society where women are not allowed to educate themselves..
