    There is a method to find out what is good and what not. Unfortunately there is no 'scientific way' to prove what is good and not. You will need mind, feelings and belief, well right belief and use them all properly...(I will elaborate all this, when I catch some more time).

    Until then...There are two questions here (which are not totally separate but are also not the same):
    -what is good
    -what is good for me

    I believe that there is possible to reach the level, where I can always answer on 'what is good for me', sometimes I can say 'what is good for all' (and I have to allow others to find that themselves sometimes). In some cases it is possible to say 'what is good for you' (e.g. father may know or at least predict what is good for his son).

    For me, it is always important to know what is good for me and only sometimes is needed (or possible) to know what is good for you/him/them/all.
