Are we allowed to provide a download link?

    Hi,

    I just want to know if we're allowed to provide a download link if we want to give away something for free? I've seen some people giving away for free but always ask to pm them to provide the download link. Can we just post the download link directly on public?

    yes you can but you need to do it in a proper section. if you want to give away something for free, please post it in freebies section. post in wrong section will result in getting infractions.

    u can give away the links for freewares.. Pirated links are punishable

    I just wondered why others asks to pm them to provide the download link, it's hassle to provide the link in a private message one by one..:rolleyes:
