Are we allowed to organize an online chat on DP?

    If I'm organizing an online chat conference on DP, is that ok? Or do discussions have to be online in the threads?

    Well if your threads follow the DP rules then allowed but members might use it as increasing Post Count. So it is not adviseble to organize an online chat on DP.

    it could be just a little sidebar thing

    Adding a chat feature has been suggested and rejected numerous times before. We have no interest in moderating such a feature - we have enough to worry about with a forum of this size.
