    y u no do it?

    Advertising (learn more)

Advertise virtually anything here, with CPM banner ads, CPM email ads and CPC contextual links. You can target relevant areas of the site and show ads based on geographical location of the user if you wish.

Starts at just $1 per CPM or $0.10 per CPC.

Are we allowed to do this?

We aren't supposed to draw attention to the ads, but we can put some text there saying that they are sponsors.

and edit. yes. You should endorse and promote the referrals! Testify about the googlie goo!

No, You can't go try this (even if you say their sponsored ads). You can label them as sponsored ads but you can't tell people to click on them.

Theres different rules for adsense and refferals.

I think you can do that, but are better off reccomending them.

I wouldn't put anything at all, just leave them as they come. I don't think it would make people click them more anyway, if if you did write "check out these cool links" or whatever.

Not really. 'Sponsored links' and 'advertisements' are safe labels to use - use anything else and you risk drawing undue attention to your ads and feeling the wrath of Google.

    Okay here's the answer.
    http://adsense.blogspot.com/2007/02/referral-policies-clarified.html

"Additionally, you can endorse referral ads because you know the exact ad you are displaying on your site. You are offering your visitors genuine advice based on the products and services you think they'll like. However, with CPC ads you don't know which ads will show up -- it would be disingenuous for you to recommend the products or services in your ads in this case, which could result in visitors being misled.

Of course, publishers may never encourage people to click on any ad, including referrals, for deceptive purposes. For example, you can't ask visitors to click on a referral ad to make you money. Any endorsement or attention drawn to a referral ad must be done in a way that supports the intended use of the product or service associated with it."

So yes you can post that for referral ads.

No you're not. You can't say that because you don't know that the ads will be advertising equipment. If you must label your ads stick to 'sponsored links' or 'advertisements' - nothing else.
