I read somewhere that adsense stop allowing there ads to be posted on blogspot.com is that true? Anyways i'm about to make a free ebook site at blogspot is that okay for adsense? Does adsense allow free ebooks site? Is it okay if i put shareasale ads and payperpost ads on there? And also i'm thinking about gettting lots and lots of visitors for my free ebook blog. So i was wondering how much monthly traffic bandwidth do blogspot offer and also how many mb too.

No, that is not true. However, Google is getting more strict about the quality of the sites that it allows in the program. You need to have a quality blog before you apply.
Do you have the right to distribute those ebooks? The ebooks either have to explicitly say that they are in the public domain, or you need a license that says that the ebooks can be freely distributed. If you do not have those rights, it's copyright infringement, and that is against the Adsense program policies (and illegal).
Other ads are fine, as long as they cannot be confused with the Adsense ads.
Lots of traffic is a good goal, but not something you have to really worry about until your site is established. There are certainly sites hosted on blogspot that get 1000s of visitors a day. If you are getting that much traffic, though, you'd be wise to invest in your own domain.

Note that you cannot host files on a free blogger account. Any images you upload will be added to your Picasa account, and that has a limit of 1Gb total storage. PDF and other file types will have to be stored somewhere else online, so they won't affect blogspot's bandwidth.

That should be OK. You have to make a Privacy Policy anyway, so it could be Privacy Policy and legal information or somesuch.

But have you considered focusing your business on selling the ebooks rather than giving them away and depending on adsense revenue? Especially when you are first starting out, the revenue for the sale of a single ebook may be more than you make for Adsense per day.

but it might be even harder to try to sell them. Plus if it's free more people would come in, so more money.

    Hi,

I have a blog bestweightlosstip.blogspot.com. But I just started it and was wondeing if I am allowed to put other ads apart from the regular adsense ones. Though I dont have a single adsense ad right now, but I was approached by someone else if I could place their ad. Is it possible? If yes then how? Can anybody guide me? Also when will google start putting its ad on my blog? All I see are the public service ads!

    Thanks

There are many reasons why you might have public service ads. You should read the Google help info on it:
    Why am I getting PSAs?

Just glancing at your site, it looks like you are missing a Privacy Policy (required) - add that ASAP.

The bigger problem is that your site is very new, and hadn't been indexed by Google at all. You should work on getting back links and getting your blog into Google's index.

As for other ads, you are allowed to use them as long as they don't look like Adsense ads. Read here:

Can I place Google ads on the same page with other ads?

Just one more thing: When I had made the blog, I had clicked the "monetize" button and even got an adsense publisher ID. But I havent applied for the adsense code application till now. So, is the adsense publisher Id and the adsense code same? Or do I have to apply for the adsense code? Moreover, when should I apply for the adsense code - after a month, 2 months or...? But I do get to see the page where it is mentioned "today's earnings", which are of course 0! I am a little confused as to why do I even see this page if I don't have an adsense code?

    Thanks
