Are used projectors on eBay worth considering?

    I really want to buy a projector to watch movies in my apartment. I've seen some used ones on ebay for a decent price (about $125). I'm not sure if it's a good idea, but I heard as long as the bulb is not about to burn out, it should be fine. What do you think? Has anyone ever bought a used projector on eBay?

    Have a look at the description, eBay is the best place if you're looking for a good bargain. I think you may be able to find some new ones for $125 :)

    I bought a projector from dabs.com, but that cost a few times more than the price that you're looking at. I'd say that the main thing to look for in a projector is the brightness.

    Having said that, you can get a fairly decent projector on dabs for ~£250.

    Never used a projector before, but I remember seeing one in a store once for around $100 to $150 something like that you can get them fairly cheap if you look around :)
