are US Publishers able to state no US activities on tax page?

    well, subj. If you have a personal Adsense account, registered with an adress in the US, can you still choose the "no US activities" option on the tax page?

    If you have a US address that works, wouldn't that be a US activity?

    well, no, if it is a mail-forwarding service from an unrelated third party, that is clearly not an US activity.

    As long as you report it somewhere as income on your tax return it probably doesn't matter much what line you put it on.

    Thanks for the answers, but that wasn't really what I was asking. I know the tax aspects of the question.

    What I want to know is wheather you can select the option "No Us Activities" (yes, there is a checkbox like that) on the tax tab in your Adsense account?
