6'2" 230ish I go between 8-10% body fat I chech with calipers. Goal is to add another 5lbs to my delts/traps and get my military press above 200
I'm a little overweight. I've lost weight in the past on the Weight Watchers program, but I've gotten sloppy since then. I may go back on it and try to lose a few this summer.
I know that feeling, I lost a ton of weight myself. Was unable to sleep, eat or do pretty much anything for awhile. Still having problems keeping weight on, even if I eat like mad the stress and worry simply wont let me keep weight on.
People find me normal weighted but I think I am little on the thinner side. I tried very hard to put on little more weight but however hard I try, I just fail to put on any weight. It has remained almost constant at a figure since several years...now! Regards, RightMan
I have normal weight and its naturally like this. I don't put any extra efforts in maintaining my weight. If you want to reduce weight, you should do some workout and yoga exercises. Yoga is quite effective in reducing weight and keeping you fit physically as well as mentally.
