I have gain weight, but can easily loose it by eating a high protein low carb diet and exercise with weights. Low weights and high reps( the number of time you do it). I can easily shed 10-20 pounds in less than a month.
I am normal weight as my BMI is always good and i am not even under weight at any age ... 5'6 height with 55-60 kgs all the time Thanks PHYza
