I wouldn't go with traffic exchanges, unless you will get traffic that is related to your niche. Also if you have adsense on your site, isn't it against their TOS to use traffic exchanges?

 

Traffic Exchanges do work, but you need an attractive or compelling page. They're better to use for list building and you should never use a sales page.

 

Yeah i know adsense doesnt allow it. Were not using it with adsense.

 

Traffic Exchanges ARE a great waste of time. Traffic is much worse then useless, you have a 1/100,000 of someone clicking on a banner on your site.

 

Hate to break it to ya, but there are other models than just Adsense

PS: There much better too.

My point was you said traffic exchanges are a waste because nobody will click the adsense on the page, right?

I meant adsense is usually a terrible business model to focus on.

Should always come before Adsense...having said that - some types of sites work best with Adsense, so I'm not totally knocking it.

I don't use them at this stage but I'm making my own Traffic Exchange soon.

There not the best method but they CAN work if you use them right.

I've found Croc-Ads (cashmachine101.crocads.com) to be very good. I'm getting a 3% CTR to a general internet marketing site, which is good for a traffic exchange in my experience. Plus, it's easy to rack up lots of credits in just 15 minutes each day.
