Are traffic exchange sites good for SEO?

    I find that the Internet is full of traffic exchange sites.I am wondering if they are good for SEO.

    I suggest to avoid them as your site may be blacklisted for spamming.

    Traffic exchange sites are are not good for seo as they cause for spamming. Hence, please avoid such links.

    I suppose that this only works for those SEO who just want to impress their client.
    On the other hand, if Google pick out the patterns in those traffic sources to various sites which they eventually will, it could be very bad news for your rankings...

    I think these free traffic exchange sites should be avoided as Google considers traffic from them as a spam.

    Certainly not! To me its a dumb idea.
    Artificial traffic just consume your bandwidth... this traffic would never convert into leads.
    Traffic exchange sites neither helps you in improving your rankings nor your sales.
