    Traffic exchange sites do drive lots of traffics to our sites. But are they are good for our SEO? Please send in your thoughts for this post.

    My suggestion would be to not to make use of these kind of sites. As they send spam traffic to your website which can either penalize you or can harm your site. These sites make use of automatic programs to generate traffic for your site which is of no use and you earn nothing from them. Best traffic you can get is from search engines from your organic rankings.

    yes it is true that traffic exchange sites drive lots of traffic to the site, but is the traffic u receive through this is genuine? I think not. So better u try to bring your high search volume keywords up in search engine rankings and from there you will get the traffic that is genuine.

    Just look at it this way, you take time to exchange websites in your browser to have some links exchange, of course you don't care about the sites you visit, you are not gonna read the content and you are not going to buy anything, all you care about is increasing you number of visited sites to have more visits yourself, same for the other party, probably not good for SEO, i don't think it's bad, but look for real traffic it's better, do some good seo which is not hard to do just find the right people and you're set.

    Traffic Exchange sites are not so reliable. Try to build up One way links through the Article, Blog & Directory submission.

    traffic exchange may not be fruitful for SEO. The reason is if the user only visit a single landing page of your site and leaves away then you can see a considerable amount of traffic. But again this will increase your bounce rate. So it may decrease your SEO grade.

    Thus if you are doing traffic exchange then make sure about your pageview and time on site.

    well spamming is not concerned with traffic though you must not use these websites because these sites do not send targeted traffic on ur website so do not waste your time in these websites
