Looked at last one only, IMO would fail Google's guidelines for:
"Excessive, repetitive or irrelevant keywords in the content or code of web pages"

 

Id consider them MFA's

Yes. there is little to no content on that page. That is extremely mfa.

first sites are completely mfa sites. block them but the last sites has great blending . i dont think that the last one is a mfa site

I hope Google will ban all these MFA sites. They are actually spamming the www for a quick buck with useless contents.
