Are this kind of sites allowed to use AsSense?

Hello all... I just keep asking myself if these sites are ok from and AdSense (TOS) point of view (are they accepted by google or just using AdSense until they are discovered and banned). I searched through the forum but I did not found the answer (maybe I didn't searched good enough) but I thought you might help with this info.

These sites are just aiming some keywords and put a bunch of links on their sites (the links are generated by I script that extracts them from some sources - SE and news mostly). Are these so-called Niche Directories (not directories at all) allright for AdSense (because Adsense is everywhere on the pages).
Here are some examples (Maybe that's not best examples around but I searched them right now, just for example to know what I am talking about):
    http://www.hummer-portal.com/
    http://www.knolix.com/
    http://extendedautowarrantycorp.com/
    http://lyricgaze.com/

There are also some sites like:
    www.neatlasereyesurgery.com
    http://www.auto-sportscar.com/
that put some free articles (not related with the keyword - but the links from down the page just put them aup in SERPS)

Please note I am not affiliated with any of these sites, and I do NOT run sites like that ...

What's the problem with these sites?
As you can see, from this being my first post,
that I do allot of reading.

To be honest I don't know what you are trying to get at here.
All are sites with content, and some AdSence ads on them.
One even looks almost Google, so should Google be banned?
I don't know what the big deal is all about, if someone created
a website that is optimized for AdSence.

Besides, why are we on this forum topic in the first place?
We are all in here to find out how we can make more money
using AdSence, and if that's the kind of site that can do it, then the power to him.

The other day I was reading this thread>
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=17104

I thought to myself, would they allow this? If you first look
at this page, you would think that putting an image above
the AdSense would violate the TOS, because it kind of
fools a surfer into thinking that the text is a link to the above image.
I went and edited 1 of my sites that way, and then sent AdSence
a email asking if this was aloud, as my CTR went over the roof.
    This is Google's reply.

The way I think of it is, don't worry about what others are doing or if they are clean
or not, worry about yourself and get ideas. If you are not to sure about something

    Just my 2 cents
    Thanks

Well, i guess the sites posted are generated automatically using TG or similar softwares. Some webmasters considered them as scraper sites where they pull others contents and put into their own.

There are many other forums discussing the threads about scrapper sites and some may frown on them. So, what you think?

Tbone - I am new here too, This is actually my first post, I have a lot of readings but this question still remained unanswered.
I think that a site made only for displaying AdSense is not ok regarding the TOS (I'm pretty sure about this)... I also think this is different from the problem with images near ads (I don't discuss it here, but I have my own opinion as an advertiser... later on). Also I do not see the 'content' there, just a bunch of search results (from other search engines, Google included)

I worry about what others are doing because this make me improve myself.
Let me say this: if these kind of sites are ok with Google I can make 10 of them in just couple of hours (the traffic will come in a few days) ....

Shoemoney, honestly I don't understand your post... These domains are not mine, what TOS I am violating? Sorry, I just didn't get it...

Keikor: I just thought that scrapper site are the sites that take contents from other sites and take the credit or just stuffing keywords on tha page... maybe I was wrong :p

TooCoolForSchool: yes they are smart in generating traffic.

As I said in my first post I was just searching for some random keywords to find these sites which are not mine (and if someone is obsed for posting these domains I can edit my posts - I just wanted to give some examples)

I am still wondering if this kind of pages are ok for AdSense....

See, this goes to my theory that Googs don't give a flying monkey as long as these sites make them money, and no one waves this site in front of their face. And even if someone waves it in front of their face, they'll let it go if the site makes enough money for them.

I think drugoon is wondering what actually is considered "content". It's a grey area. I'm sure they are effective, but have a kind of spammy-ness to them that we all see, whether we think it is brilliant or evil.

Is it a question of ethics? I'm not sure. We all have different lines that we don't cross. Those lines can become blurred when we see dollar signs.

drugoon - "AsSense" may be offensive to Google LOL

most of the people says it's faul, it's unethical these sites, are those who lose from SERP by these kind of sites.

But are those site really useless? If you examine they give a back link to someone's site and give them a free visitor if the visitor of that site click one of those links.

That is just my opinion we have our own opinion and beleif what is ethical and non ethical.

I didn't check with the examples... but a lot of sites like these use redirects, so no 'good' links to your website.. just hijacking'....

Also: How can I CHANGE the title of this thread... I'm becoming nervous now :p ....
