    I personally stay away from new gtlds
    second some of those domains are TMs
    buy .com instead of this domains - .com is the king
    new gtlds are only good for registry because they are making money from you

    Don't buy any of them and laugh upon the poor soul who decided to register them in the first place.

    Not only you will have much trouble bringing value of the still new gTLDs but the way I see it, this seller just tried to get some typos from well-known brands. While not exactly cybersquatting this is still a shady practice and you risk getting yourself in trouble. Or at the very least lose a lot of traffic and trust because of this similarity.

    AllenCooper = LeeCooper
    Wakai = Lakai
    CityWalk = AirWalk

    All in all - poor domains in poor extensions.

    I would stay away from all of them. None look like they have very much value to be honest!

    Depends. You never mentioned what is the purpose of the domains in the first place? Do you want to develop them or resell them for a profit? If its the first then by all means - you can go ahead and buy whatever you like as long as you have the idea on how to turn that into your brand. If you have the intention of turning a profit then you will have quite a hard time doing that. .REPAIR and almost all new gTLDs are still not very valuable and a large chunk of the average website visitors will have a hard time understanding them (and still type howtorepair.com or howto.repair.com). And other domainers, especially the experienced ones, will not touch those with a 15ft pole ;)
