are this site allowed http://www.egyview.com/upup/download.php?id=7 khow thats upload file center and if not allowed , why its not allowed and another question i close my site because its have Offense clicks and in my account 3 $. now i will open new site and put it in same account . i want know now what i do on my first site , report google or i leave google and when they enter my old site , the site will not open then google remove 3$. or what i do now because i dont want google close my account for only 3$
