Are these type o threads allowed?

I am interested in starting threads about:

• Feed Subscribe Exchange
• Comment Exchange

Are these allowed?
And if yes which section should i create these?

Don't take my word for it since moderators are who better can advise you but I believe those threads are allowed and if there is no money involved they belong in General Marketing, General Business or Link Development.

Otherwise in General Services or Link Exchange inside the Buy/Sell/Trade forum.

Exactly, I just paid a visit to those forums with sticky threads and there is nothing about forbidden feeds or comments exchange.

And put it in 'freebies' as it's an exchange.

(Just as a side note It's only like digg exchanges, stumbleupons etc that isn't allowed)
