Are these sploggers/content theives the reason Google stopped indexing my blog?

This all happened around the same time, so I'm a bit suspicious. Normally, my blog posts appear in Google within a few minutes of posting them. Yesterday, that stopped, and I'm still having the problem. After doing a search for some of my posts, I noticed that they were on at least 20 blogspot blogs that were nothing but pages of ads with the real content/keywords hidden. It was literally nothing but ads-ridiculous. They had the content/keywords hidden in one post. It looks like it was also feed from other sites, too. It turns out that the last of my posts that made it to Google were the ones on these splogs. Do you think Google is penalizing me for those spammers? I have a Google Webmaster account. When stuff like this happens, do they contact you through your gmail/alternate contact email or control panel?

I believe you might be penalized for duplicate content.

Thanks for the reply. Is the only way to contact them about this issue is through the Request Reconsideration link in the control panel?

You just have to contact them and explain the situation. They'll take a look at your blog, and and the splogs, and be like, hey, he's good, and reindex you.
