    is that possible to make 10 000 sales with just one product-as a affiliate agent
    right now i already found a thing to sell,good niche,
    so what to do next ?

    the only thing that i know:
    1=am i need a website+make a review+put my affiliate link+drive or buy traffic ?
    2=buy million mailing list+promote my affiliate link ?
    3=what else,ads ? ads about promoting what ? promoting straight to the product OR through my own review ?

    any advice ?

    I think if you use a bunch of the 5005 simple proven ways to drive traffic fast, you will have all the traffic you need to sell your book!

    You should use both of paid and free traffic that you can. You can see the result fast if you use paid traffic.
