getgoogleads free got a thorough going over in the adwords sub-forum http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=304277 the conclusion was - surprise, surprise - you can't get google ads for free.
I think the first two are legit and you probably can learn quite a bit from them. But the get ads free one is junk, I've bought it before and got my money back. You don't actually get them for free. It uses a technique that works for magazines but not very well with the internet.
