Are these Movie and Television Sites Legal from a Owners Standpoint?

Recently I was thinking of developing a website which would have all the episodes of a certain television show. These episodes would be embedded from either mega video or any other site of the same aspect. I then would have CPA lead on all of the episode pages.

Is this okay to do? Is it 100% legal? If it isn't, what problems would I run into?

    Thanks!

It is 100% illegal, to be brief. Enter into that realm at your own risk, especially if you're in a country that's friendly to the US.

Dont run AdSense on these types of sites. They will block you. Plus there is a lot of competition for sites like this so from experience i would not recommend it.

Extremely illegal. Copyright infringement to an extreme. These sites are usually the 1st to get contacted by broadcasting companies' legal departments. Also, nearly any PPC program would ban you for running ads on a site like this.

No they are not legal. Some may operate through some kind of loop hole based on where they are hosted, but they are not stupid, actually what they are doing is hiding from prosecution.

People who operate these types of sites know full well that Networks and Movie companies are not happy with them.
