Are these links any good ?

Im currently looking into some link exchange with a site, but when looking at the sourcecode of the links he provide i kinda wondered if they are worth anything.

Here's how his exchange links looks...

Seems rather worthless to me that they arent direct links but some redirecting thingie, would SE's actually catch my site and gimme the backlink ?

depends if its a 301 or 302 redirect i think. some of those are good links, some are not.

 

I'm not for sure , but I think that you won't get the credit for the backlink could you post the url to the site your thinking of exchanging with so I could check for sure ?

 

well, im most likely not using their site for exchange anyway, found out that my link would just be put in some rotation with tons of other sites, so no guarantee that my link would show at the time the search engines spidered his site.

The search engines will "catch" your site as you say but not make it a backlink.
