I can comment on Inuvo, since I work as biz dev mgr for them. We were formerly called kowabunga, and owned the affiliate platform PrimaryAds. If you're not familiar with PA, the technology behind it was severely outdated, so we went about developing a new platform which we released in August and are currently in Beta. We're currently moving all of PrimaryAds advertisers & publishers to the new Inuvo platform. It's still on its way to getting up to full speed, but within the next couple months, as we continue to add features & bring on new advertisers, we feel that we'll be able to compete with the best of them in the affiliate space, both CPA & CPS.

You should check us out. We'll be growing exponentially in the coming months.

I don't think we do at the moment, but we definitely will in the future.

Personally I would only ever join a network that had more contact information than just AIM and and emailing form or emailing address. For example, a contact phone number and company mailing address. 1 or 2 didn't have this at all.

Inuvo is probably the most legit of the list. They will pay you. I have had experience on both sides - as an affiliate and merchant with them. They are our primary for our network as of last month.
