    Hello all,

I am working on the adwords campaign of the site- http://www.bpo.netcreative.com

The site offers offshore technical and customer support services like various other BPO companies.

The Keywords I am using are not getting impressions even when the quality score is OK or GREAT.....

Following are the keywords I am using :

    Chat Support Outsourcing
    Email technical support

You are learning why keyword research is so important.

Now go find competitors who are advertising and see which keywords they are paying for.

Take and use as needed :D

    Peace!

Might be worth clicking on the Question Mark next to each keyword - it'll tell you whether the keyword is showing or not.

    1. Visit the competitors website and read the content.

    2. View source pages look in title tags, meta desscription, meta keywords, alt tags, link titles, anywhere and everywhere.

    3. Google Adwords Keyword Research tool and MSN Ad Center Keyword tools allow you to input the URL of competitors domains to find keywords.

    4. My friend, and Central Pennsylvania's other top SEO, Aaron Wall has a tool you can use free of charge!

    Seo Book Keyword Tool

I'd tell you more but then I wouldn't have many competitive edges left in my arsenal.

    Peace

are your keywords "broad" type in your campaign? If you want to attract more traffic with these keywords, i think you should re-choose keywords. You can use google's keywords tool to do this.

I would use more offshore keywords if I were you.

I bet you will end up finding that many people searching for outsourcing are not willing to sub contract to india. When you do use outsourcing I highly recommend prequalify by indicating an india offshore service.

Right well they are long tail keywords, and not likely to get a lot of impressions. They may only get impressions a few days each month.

If you want to find what consumers use think like someone doing a search.

    Do they type

    tech support?

    or

online tech support to help me ?

Also did you search more than one competitor? I think you could find a lot more keywords than the little list you have so far....
