Are these headings for ads okay?

I have two adsense ads on my side bar, one of the headings read.

Quality links the second one reads Resources

Are those exceptable or do I have to put something along the lines of sponsors? Just making sure don't want to get banned =) Thanks!

You can't label your ads like that.
    Only sponsored links or advertisements.

    No problem. :)
You should read the Adsense TOS. :)

I think you should mention only Sponsored Links or Advertisement

Thats right - Sponsored Links or Advertisement
But a good idea is to blend adsense on your site without the need to add any heading.

I have a column labeled Resources, with several links to resources, then a block of ads (set off with slightly different colors and background), then more resource links. Is this acceptable? I'm not labeling the ads themselves, but I can see where it could be a problem.

No, because that implies that the advertisers have chosen to sponsor your site--that is, they've looked it over, proclaimed it good, and given you money to run it, and as thanks you've given them a link. OTOH, "Sponsored Links" just means the advertisers gave you cash to show their link in that location.
