Are these craigslist listings scams?

I was surfing through craigslist for some freelance jobs and replied to someone and got a weird e-mail back. The job was for a website's customer service position.

I KNOW this is some affiliate plug or a scam but does anyone know anything more than this? Similarly I received a few more e-mails from different people with nearly the same exact email (slight variations).

nc.rr.com redirects me to a news 14 website in Carolina. I don't see how News 14 is an "advertising and marketing agency"...

Anyway is anyone knows more about these please let me know. And pretty much any customer service posting on craigslist will result in you receiving this email.

I'm sure someone else has received these too... Does anyone have any more info on them?

If in doubt, it's a scam. You might have to contact them and find out how they are making money from it.

It's affiliate marketing. They get paid per lead.
