Are these brandable domain names?

    I own dutux.com and uboki.com I am considering using them for new projects do I wanted to know what the DP community thought of names as brandablity.

    I have never heard of such brands before so I suppose you can use them.

    dutux sounds brandable but I doubt with uboki.

    uboki sounds like a sort of Japanese brand, perhaps that's the way to go with it.

    If you can make your sites very popular, both domains can be a brandable name.

    Concur; anything is brand-able - just remember it is not what you say, but how you say it and the same can be true and modified anyway you want; e.g. it's not what you sell, but how you sell it. Who the hell would have thought a math term (Gogol) would be twisted (Google) into a worldwide, household brand name? ;)
