    If you want to improve traffic of your website you should optimize your site for specific keyword and implement different strategy which are often discussed in this forum, don't waste your time with alexa.

    if you are using adbrite ads then alexa ranking is important. But no necessarily useful.. there are some tricks like install alexa toolbar in firefox and make a page on you website reload at random intervals between 60 to 300 secs and you alexa ranks will shoot up ?

    My alexa is 135000 (56,147) UP what does it say. And is this good. And i don't use any software to reload page randomly. I having different rankings from around the world like US : 52123 , Canada : 25630 , India : 16520 .What does it mean.

    Why do you care about Alexa ranking??? Its worthless. What really count are the money you make
    from a site.

    Besides, most people do NOT install Alexa on their computer because of the spyware software.

    Alexa is heavily used for validating a traffic stat of website when we try to sell them.Otherwise its OK.

    Ooh my, I cannot understand how you can sell something saying "Hey, I'm ranked #110000 in Alexa"... unless it's a script or soft that improve Alexa ranking.
