1. & 5. sure.. they are legit
2. i have an account with them but don't use cuz they are very new network
3. i am using them now, will let you know if i got paid.

I don't know about the 2 and 3 option but others are legit one.
Saying that i have got paid only once by cpalead and epicedgemedia.

adscendmedia is legit. I love when they have paid per click ads. They are great.

Yes, CPAlead does pay, but not before they steal half of your conversions. I am a publisher for over 20 different networks and never have I had a conversion rate so low as CPAlead. I have tested many other "incentivized" networks and CPAlead was the worst by far. Don't get me wrong, they have an awesome content blocker, but you pay for it.

Also Adscendmedia has mixed reviews on the net. Adscend does pay too, but I tested an offer that was exactly the same as on another network and it failed miserably. Make sure you test the offers using free methods before you send paid traffic to them.

While I can't say I had the same bad experience with cpalead as CPAmojo did, I completely agree with the statement that you make sure you test the offers using free methods before you spend money on them.

Going further, I also recommend that you test several different gateway companies (most of which have similar or same campaigns) against each other using a statistically significant number of clicks (>1000 or so) to see which is doing best for you.
