One website is about sharing FREE Android apps (apk files), by free I mean actual freeware where the app itself is offered for free by the developer in the first place. Basically I'm helping him distribute his app. I am responsible for the uploads, they are stored on a cloud server and I have a DMCA page willing to remove a developer's app upon his request. All of the APKs are not cracked copies, unlimited-money mods, etc, but copies of the original apps from the Play Store. TorrApk.com and APKtops.com seem to have Adsense on their sites, so Google must have approved them which means it should be ok but still I thought I'd ask here if anyone has experience with this. TorrAPK shares completely freeware while apktops shares both free and paid applications yet it still gets to have Adsense ads? The second one is about Android custom ROMs, for all sorts of models mostly aimed at the Samsung phones. Will these 2 types of websites be able to have Adsense ads placed on them?
Unless they are free and ad supported apps your are okay. Just make sure you wont mod the apk to remove ads from them.
Thanks for your replies guys. The apps are original untouched copies off Play Store, not a single app has been modded to remove features such as in-app purchases or any other cracks. Now about the custom roms, since they are open-source, I suppose it doesn't really go into the "hacking/cracking" category and it must be ok. Still, it's confusing to me, hope someone can answer the question.
