Are these 2 links considered the same?? :)

I know that pages such as
http://blahblahblah.com

and

http://www.blahblahblah.com

are considered different by most SE, even though the content in 99.99% of cases is the same.

How about the following two?
http://www.blahblahblah.com
and
http://www.blahblahblah.com/

Are the prior considered different pages? Would a link to both of them be counted as a link to the same page or a link to two different pages?

 

A link to / or not is considered the same.

Some respected web directories, would only let you submit a link with / . Don;t know why
