Are there tech news and press releases agencies ?

    Hi,

    I am interested to have a tech news section on my web site, and I wonder if there are businesses willing to help in this area ( for example I want to subscribe to an agency and distribute their tech news to audience ).

    Do you know any examples of such agencies ?
