    Well if u get ur money by Western Union, u for sure pay 10% that's horrible and i m searching a way to avoid that...

    You have to pay taxes if you are from US.For other countries publisher that depends on the that publisher to pay taxes to their govt. or not.If your earning is more than the prescribed limit with your govt.'s income tax rules then you have to also pay as per rule.

    It depends on your local laws but yes, you probably should be since it's income. now, how they would track that I have no idea.

    If you income is more then the allowable income before the tax thing comes in then you should pay tax.
