Are there still any Pay per View programs available?

    In the old days, banner programs used to be all about the hits they created...

    I am looking for a program which allows me to put a banner on my site, create lots and lots of traffic to it and not worrying about my CTR etc.

    I've tried Adbrite, but the ads never showed up :(

    Well, You can try the second one from this list of CPM networks. They pays up to 1$ per 1000 impressions/views of their banner, they pay weekly through Paypal with a minimum of 2.50$ So You should earn some decent money with some decent traffic i think :)
