Are there high paying affiliate sites

    Are there high CPM ( cost per 1000 impressions ) and CPC ( cost per click ) but not for selling any stuffs
    publishers affiliate network ...

    That allows warez & porn( all 18+) sites

    Payment method : paypal/moneybookers

    Payment type : instant on reaching payout limit ...

    One of my friends need it ..
    Can anyone pls refer some sites that allow warez & porn( all 18+) sites

    I know one thats Adbrite but pays on Net-60 basis .. they allow everything ( warez,porn etc etc ) .... but is there any other .
