Are there ever any big site sales here?

I have a website that is making 12K - 14K per month although it is rather new (4 months old). Traffic, and revenue is increasing rapidly everyday with over 1000 registered users and many regular customers. It is in the gaming niche and expanding to other games could 4x+ the income.

The site requires about 1-2 hours work per day but it is very easy work. It has 4 area's of income and is earning around $50/mo adsense. I have a genius marketing method which gives me 75% referral traffic. Also this month the SEO improved greatly ranking me great for any keywords.

I am looking to sell it for 3-4 months income because I need the money. I can provide all proof of income. The payment processor is paypal.

I am very taken back that I have tried to sell on here, and flippa for a VERY good price but I have not had any serious buyers.. just questions. What is the problem?

 

Man, If your making 12-14k every month from a website, why would you sell it. What you make by doing 1-2hours a day is making you more than most of America.
And anyways, you can expect 12-18x the monthly value (ie - $140,000 for the site, and unless you deal inperson I doubt anyone would do a trade of this size online).

But grats on that website, thats unreal. A quote comes to mind, "Why take the nickel today, when tomorrow you can have a dime?"

 

Are you making $12k-14k per month, or is that the number of visitors?
