Are there "cyber" lawyers?

If you start working as a SEO or SEM specialist, where do you get your contract from? Is there some kind of lawyer that specializes in this kind of stuff that can write a contract for you so you can use that with your clients? Are they available online?

FYI, everyone that goes to law school (in the USA) takes Contracts. You don't need a "cyber lawyer." You simply want a lawyer who is familiar with the Internet.
