I've tried comicpress and that seems overly difficult, is there anything better? And if no, how much would be the going rate for purchasing such a script?
There is free services with drunkduck.com or comicgenesis.com that I'd recommend. If you want to host it yourself and don't like comicpress, your only other option is to make one yourself like I did. I'd sell the script to you, but it isn't very user friendly at all.
