Are there any Virtual Credit Cards that can be used from India?

    I want to know whether I can use a virtual credit card from India. Can you recommend me some reliable sources? I want to use it with my Paypal account.

    yes you can verify your account by VCC but it is not allowed on dp now according to my knowledge .

    I think you should have not posted your requirement of VCC here in DP, because it is not allowed to buy or sell VCC in DP, you will be banned and if mods have given you the one courtsey chance then better read TOS before posting any other thread here.

    If you have HDFC bank account or credit card, then NetSafe VCC can be generated online. This is completely legal.
