Hello to all! Please if you are or were a graduate student, answer these questions for me How much do you pay per year for your studies? Do you get a financial Aid? How far it can help? And how easy you can get it? Don't you find that Tuitions are so high? Are you obliged to work in order to study? How much you must afford in order to pursue your studies? In which state you are living? Why is the US educational system that expensive? Unfortunately, I'm not going to pay you for answering, but I'm thanking you in advance
I'm not a graduate student myself, but my friend recently graduated from a state college. Here in the U.S., state college may run you about $6,000+ per year in tuition. An Ivy League school will be much higher, maybe $20,000 or more. In the U.S., you are eligible for financial aid based on the income of your parents if you're under 24, and your own personal income if you're older than 24. This is for the Grants like FAFSA. You can also get student loans, which you of course have to pay back. I don't believe the government checks your income information for this. Financial aid is pretty easy to get, provided you show the government all your income information or that of your parents. Students loans are also easy to get, though hard to pay back, which is why I don't suggest using them. Tuition here in the U.S. is very high. So high that many Americans are finding it hard to afford it, and are thus taking out student loans. Just about every college kid I know is in debt up to their eyeballs, and what really sucks is that since jobs are being outsourced, there is not guarantee a job will be ready for them when they graduate. I live in the state of Nevada. The U.S. educational system is expensive for a number of reasons, but one of the main reason is due to inflation. Since the U.S. dollar is not backed by any precious metals like Gold and Silver, and hasn't been for like three decade, the Fed continues to print money in greater quantities, causing inflation, and the prices of things like education to rise.
