I use bluehost shared hosting, last Sunday or Monday they had a server issue, and all the sites including bluehost site goes offline for a 1 hours or less than time.

According to the Google webmaster tool, February 2nd there's an issue. Its looks like this,

But 4th February, Google index my new posts less than 5 minutes.

Today my site indexing completely slowdown. Now it takes 3-6 hours. But there's no traffic issue. It's normal. I use real time analytic plug-in for track Google bot visits. Looks like Google bot not visit my site regularly, but Bing bot regularly visit. What is the reason? Other bluehost user face similar issue? Should I contact my hosting company regarding this issue?

I have a unique contents, all of them are written by myself. There's no duplicate contents.

    Any solution really appreciate!

This is not strange. Sometimes Google take even a week to index new content of your site.

If your site is not updating regularly, there is no point to Google bot to visit your site regularly.

If the error of the "robots.txt" file still not resolved, just check it and correct it.
If your site always goes offline, you should contact your hosting provider.
