Are there any other ads I can use along with adsense?

    What are the other forms of advertising that can be used on the same page with adsense without violating the terms of service for either??

    Kontera's decent, but from my experience they don't pay well.

    Try CPM ads if your site gets a lot of impressions. Casale Media and Tribal Fusion are the best out there, I believe.

    There are many, but in my experience it's best to concentrate on one, place more ads, change your ad placement around etc.
