I want to get into affiliate marketing but I need some help. Is there any way I could get coaching of some sort?

    Thanks

There are a couple of coaching sites. One on one with a real good person would cost you more than some of the coaching sites. I suggest ppc-coach (as you can see in my giveaway contest) I've been apart of that website for a year and everyone there does a great job answering questions.

MoreNiche can be your perfect coach - you will find there tons of free guides and videos on how to get started + free website templates, articles and guides on how to build your affiliate site. Once you prove yourself to be capable of doing the basics - build your site and start promoting it you can ask for one on one coaching from their affiliate managers (FREE as usual). It's a great opportunity I think and I'm doing very well with their products.

The best coach you could ever have is right here in the forums.

Do a lot of searching and reading, every piece of information any "guru" has is available here somewhere. You just have to dig around.

I agree that a one-on-one coach is expensive, but you know if you sign up to a smaller affiliate network, your account manager may dedicate their time to educating you and developing your AM saavyness. YOu can also learn a lot through some of the super affiliate blogs like Jeremy Palmer or Shawn Collins - his is great, and you could attend a convention like affiliate summit to take seminars.
Oh, there are free web expos you attend, it's a cool idea and it's free so you can't lose anything but your time. try ecomxpo.

Basically, if you pay for coaching you are paying for a fast track approach to learning. You can learn everything the coach will teach you from reading forums, blogs, and most importantly doing it, but if you want to cut down on the trial and error factor and boost your confidence, then PPC Coach is definitely worth it. He also has a lot of tools that will save you time.

I agree. PPC Coach has definitely been worth it. Just Google for some reviews if you have questions about it.

Also, MoreNiche is a great affiliate network and a good place to learn, especially now that Garry Conn is writing for their blog.
