Ive been pretty interested in affiliate marketing (and recently cpa networks) but it seems everywhere I go to learn more about it I end up on some spam type websites. It seems every site I go to people claim to make 5k/day and they all have these and have these terrible/annoying landing pages (which i read is actually a tactic of affiliate marketers?). Do anyone know of a good blog or resource to go to to learn more about affiliate marketing? Can anyone share their experience with affiliate marketing? And my biggest question is how do people get all their traffic? There are tons of companies that spend tons of money on online marketing to drive the traffic but yet almost all affiliate marketers claim to get a large amount of traffic easily.

There are many sources of traffic like SEO, ppc, ppv, media buys. Just try to master any source and you can make good money..

The problem with most legit affiliate systems is that most people bury their affiliate link on a page where it cannot be seen or they have a dead site and expect a million clicks on their affiliate link. If you advertise your affiliate link and charge a good price you will get sales.
What are your thoughts on the terrible looking landing pages. I see them everywhere so I'm assuming they really do work. And if they do can anyone explain how they work better than a well designed landing page?
Try the link on my signature, instant payment after each sale. Well, basically all my traffic were organic traffic. I target some of they keywords, and got my affiliate product raise. Therefore, I sucessfully earned $100 within two sales. Someone will buy visitor and send to their website and so do I, I got 1 sales from 10k US traffic. Pretty a Joke. ^^
There is no clue of how much money people "really" make. I have seen landing pages showing videos of clickbank revenues over $300,000. Sounds unreal to me but if the product is good, it may sell too
No one gets large amounts of traffic easily. To get targeted organic traffic it takes a while and a lot of work. Some people might get tons of un targeted traffic which is useless as it hardly converts. PPC is the best way to get targeted traffic but is only useful for products or services with high commission or revenue share.
There are lots of affiliate networks now operating in the web.However you cant say spam to sites like clickbank,commission junction,amazon and google affiliate network.
