    i am very curious about starting marketing and promoting my social network which is already live , i want to know are there any legal procudures to be followed before getting my social network for public use ?

    Disenchanted members of social networks are quick to create legal problems. I would suggest that you make sure your Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are first rate.
