Are There Any Freelance Writer Websites With Referral Programs?

This is a bit of a stretch, but I was wondering if there were any sites out there which paid you for referring other webmasters to hiring writers of that website? I didn't come up with much when searching but then again my search terms may have been off. Thanks!

perhaps manually search on agencies that sell these services,and look if they have affiliate section
