Are there any free PHOTOGRAPHY directories?

Have a site about cameras....so wondering.

Btw, are any directories out there offering FREE listings? Many charge $5 and up to $200 but even $5 isn't worth it. Just wondering if any are FREE.

 

Sure, there are probably more free directories than paid directories. The trick is finding a directory that can add value, and is free.

One of the things on my TODO list for DoD is to flag a directory with "offers free" or "paid only".

 

There are some classified directories which you can post pictures.

 

Thanks to all of your feedback...basically, I just launched this: http://www.cheapcameras.ws and looking for potential directories to list it. Paying for listings would seem to go against the grain from the simple standpoint: are they actually worth it? And, do they offer good visibility? Most do not. I just need some good backlinks for starters. OK, I listed it at DMOZ, but don't keep my fingers crossed. I'm basically seeking some good reliable, GROWING, soon-to-be known directories that would offer me a link with no reciprocating....
